But so often these kinds of failures are avoidable if people simply had safe places of confession & support, & environments of trust & friendship in which they can thrive.
Our vision is to make these kind of spaces available.
Jon & Darren have been serving in ministry for a combined total of over 40 years, & both served under senior pastors who have had public moral & spiritual failure. Our vision is to get ahead of these kinds of disasters by caring for pastors & their spouses & create environments where their hearts, marriages & ministries can thrive.
Our times together will be framed around formation, relationships & rest. We hope to strengthen pastor’s hearts so they can stay the course & thrive in the complexities of todays overwhelming ministry environments.

You and your spouse are invited to experience a 3-night stay at an authentic all-inclusive western hospitality ranch in Colorado. Surrounded by pines, green pastures and crystal clear fishing waters, Lost Valley Ranch will provide the idyllic backdrop to unwind and connect.
Cost: FREE. (You are responsible for your own flights & transport to the ranch)
The costs of all food, lodging & recreation have been underwritten by Christian business people who want to help support & refresh pastors & their spouses.
Our time together will include great conversations with like-minded leaders, space to process & beautiful surroundings. We will also have times of worship, prayer, ministry of the Holy Spirit and space to hear His voice. Plus we will be horseback riding (beginner to advanced) in the Pike National Forest. Nestled in the pines, all cabins overlook the ranch with shaded porches and swings. Each meal, prepared daily by Lost Valley chefs, will focus on healthy, well balanced options that are big on flavor.
*There will be an option to leave on Saturday if you need to be back for church on Sunday.
